FinCay Inc. is a CIIPA registered accounting firm that acts as a consulting, accounting and outsourcing solutions firm operating in a broad range of industries.
We offer full charge small/medium size business accounting/bookkeeping services, QuickBooks setup, and maintenance, payroll services, preparation of management reports with consultation and preparation of monthly/annual financial reports and forecasts for small/medium size business owners and non-profit organizations.

Our outsourcing arm provides outsourced compliance officers and MLROs, interim executive management, outsourced Chief Investment Officers, and many other services to meet the needs of our clients.

Meet Our Team
Our FinCay team and its associates have over twenty-five (25) years combined experience in complex financial matters involving multi-national organizations, management of family offices, consulting and accounting services for small-medium sized businesses.
Michael Sanford, BSc BA
Currently acts as an Outsourced Financial Controller. Michael previously worked with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA" – Investments, Securities and Fund Administration supervision) where he gathered regulatory experience by providing oversight and supervision of the activities of mutual fund administrators, securities investment business practitioners, and mutual funds operating in the Cayman Islands through integrated off-site and on-site supervision that would enable CIMA to promote and maintain a sound financial system by ensuring the enforcement of regulations.
He previously worked as a Custody and Fund Administrator for three (3) years at MUFG Alternative Fund Services (Cayman) Limited ("MUFG"). MUFG is the world's fourth-largest bank by total assets. He provided fund administration services to a portfolio of hedge funds, investors and other service providers. Additionally, he was responsible for globally verifying and approving the accuracy of estimated and final statement prices on securities and funds while maintaining a document library for the global sub-fund population in excess of two-thousand five hundred (2,500) funds.
Currently Michael has been providing independent consulting and accounting services for a number of local SMBs and NPOs since May 2016. This has encompassed a wide variety of industries ranging from retail, hospitality, financial services and tourism.
Michael provides key deliverables across the following:

Jason Wong, BSc MBA
Previously, Jason was an Associate Analyst at MUFG for five (5) years, where he carried out portfolio reconciliations and conducted an ongoing review of all exceptions noted. He maintained the books and records for alternative investment funds including processing trades, reconciling cash and assets and verifying prices on securities. Jason analytically reviewed data in order to provide appropriate reconciliations surrounding all investment activity of his clients.
Currently, acts as a Treasury Associate at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 Company and the industry leader in financial services technology he oversees Fiserv’s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities. Jason’s knowledge and experience is available as a resource to our clients. Additionally, his extensive tax preparation and audit work both on island and in the US can be leveraged towards our client’s needs.
