Michael Sanford currently serves as an Outsourced Financial Controller. His prior experience includes a significant tenure with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) in Investments, Securities, and Fund Administration supervision. At CIMA, he gained extensive regulatory experience by overseeing the activities of mutual fund administrators, securities investment business practitioners, and mutual funds operating in the Cayman Islands. This oversight, through integrated off-site and on-site supervision, ensured compliance and promoted a sound financial system.

       Before his role at CIMA, Michael worked as a Custody and Fund Administrator for MUFG Alternative Fund Services (Cayman) Limited, the world's fourth-largest bank by total assets. During his three-year tenure at MUFG, he provided fund administration services to a portfolio of hedge funds, investors, and other service providers. He was responsible for globally verifying and approving the accuracy of estimated and final statement prices on securities and funds, maintaining a document library for a global sub-fund population exceeding 2,500 funds.

        Since May 2016, Michael has been offering independent consulting and accounting services to a variety of local SMBs and NPOs across diverse industries, including retail, hospitality, financial services, and tourism.
